Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Plan definitely isn’t the easiest mission in this world. You will either need to use another server or your computer, or arrange some third–party software. Our company offers a considerably easier alternative with our Managed Services package. We will create a full backup of your virtual server every week, so you never need to be worried about losing valuable information. And we can always restore a backup copy very quickly. All our backups are kept on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your virtual server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & set up certain software applications on it. And if this may sound like something way too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Managed Services offer, is definitely the right thing for you. With it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our senior technical support engineers who will install any software package or take care of any trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With the KVM VPS Plans, it is an extra feature.
